Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Litigation Paralegal who thrives on drafting, discovery, and driving cases forward. This is not your average admin role we need a litigation-savvy legal professional who can draft form complaints, prepare written discovery, and support attorneys in fast-paced, deadline-driven pre-lit matters.

If you're the type who double-checks your own double-check, and can turn complex case facts into compelling legal documents, you’ll feel right at home here.

You’ll be joining a supportive, close-knit Demands Team that’s passionate about closing cases with excellence and they’re looking for someone who brings the same energy, precision, and hustle.

What You Will Do

  • Draft and file form complaints with a high level of accuracy and attention to deadlines
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission)
  • Support attorneys by managing litigation calendars, statutes of limitation, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate depositions, medical exams, and interpreter/court reporter services
  • Organize and prepare trial binders, motions, and other key filings
  • Monitor and route settlement documentation and track communication with insurance adjusters
  • Act as a communication bridge between the Demands Team and Litigation Team
  • Maintain detailed case notes and file updates in our CRM system
  • Role may include other relevant duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of recent litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)
  • Strong command of California Civil Procedure; familiarity with federal rules is a plus
  • Proven track record of drafting complaints and discovery without supervision
  • Master-level attention to detail, nothing gets past you
  • Ability to manage a heavy caseload and shifting priorities with grace
  • Comfortable working with fast-moving teams and tight deadlines
  • Experience with trial prep and calendaring deposition logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal CRM systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a plus

Salary
  • $75,000 - $110,000/year
