
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Litigation Paralegal who thrives on drafting, discovery, and driving cases forward. This is not your average admin role we need a litigation-savvy legal professional who can draft form complaints, prepare written discovery, and support attorneys in fast-paced, deadline-driven pre-lit matters.

You’ll be joining a supportive, close-knit Demands Team that’s passionate about closing cases with excellence and they’re looking for someone who brings the same energy, precision, and hustle.
What You Will Do
- Draft and file form complaints with a high level of accuracy and attention to deadlines
- Prepare and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission)
- Support attorneys by managing litigation calendars, statutes of limitation, and follow-ups
- Coordinate depositions, medical exams, and interpreter/court reporter services
- Organize and prepare trial binders, motions, and other key filings
- Monitor and route settlement documentation and track communication with insurance adjusters
- Act as a communication bridge between the Demands Team and Litigation Team
- Maintain detailed case notes and file updates in our CRM system
- Role may include other relevant duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of recent litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)
- Strong command of California Civil Procedure; familiarity with federal rules is a plus
- Proven track record of drafting complaints and discovery without supervision
- Master-level attention to detail, nothing gets past you
- Ability to manage a heavy caseload and shifting priorities with grace
- Comfortable working with fast-moving teams and tight deadlines
- Experience with trial prep and calendaring deposition logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal CRM systems
- Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a plus
- $75,000 - $110,000/year
