We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced professional to support our legal team by managing deeds, title documents, and related administrative tasks. This role is ideal for South African candidates with a background in real estate, conveyancing, or title administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, prepare, and process deeds, property documents, and title reports in compliance with US legal standards.
- Support the law firms attorneys with real estate closings and property transactions.
- Manage filing, document organization, and correspondence related to property deeds.
- Coordinate with title companies, real estate agents, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents meet legal and contractual requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and data entry in CRM or document management systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Clerk, Conveyancers Assistant, Real Estate Paralegal, or similar.
- Strong understanding of real estate law and title processing.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and self-motivated.
