Job Description

Foulston Siefkin LLP is recruiting for a team member to join our Wichita location as an Administrative Assistant. This full-time position will support Firm Administration with a variety of tasks related to Operations, Human Resources and Firm Events. Assisting with large projects and technology implementations round out the overall responsibilities. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. 
 
Responsibilities include providing overall support to the administrative team including, but not limited to:
  • Manage the Firm training software and wellness database
  • Coordinate internal Firm events and meetings onsite and offsite (may involve occasional evening or weekend hours)
  • Assist with onboarding and maintenance of the applicant tracking system
  • Support time and attendance procedures
  • Process registrations, renewals and expenses
  • Data entry, scanning and filing 
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to organize and correctly prioritize tasks
  • Strong technical skills with expertise in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Engaging, customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to think creatively to design artistic fliers/invitations
  • Prior experience in a professional office setting, highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or HR, preferred  
This position is on-site Monday through Friday. Typical hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
