Job Description

Trueline's client, a prestigious law firm headquartered in Washington D.C. with offices across the U.S., is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate to join their team in Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned firm and work on substantive cases in a dynamic practice area.


What You'll Do as the Labor & Employment Litigation Associate:

• Defend clients in employment litigation matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage/hour class and representative actions

• Provide counseling to employers on day-to-day issues including wage and hour laws, terminations, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations

• Draft employment documents such as hiring documents, policies/handbooks, and termination documents

• Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills

• Leverage outstanding academic credentials


You'll Succeed as the Labor & Employment Litigation Associate if you Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation

• Broad-based expertise in employment litigation matters

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school

• Admission and good standing with the California State bar
