Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Position: Our client seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to work in person at their Tampa, Florida office. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of extensive Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience. The position requires managing complex case assignments, strong communication, research, and writing skills, and the ability to manage and communicate with clients continuously. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

  • $100k – 180k salary (based on experience); ability to make $300k with their bonus structure

Requirements:

  • Active FL State Bar License
  • Minimum of 5 years in litigation with trial experience; but 10 plus years of experience in litigation with trial experience is ideal
  • Extensive litigation experience with successful outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Work In-person at their Tampa, FL office Monday through Friday.
  • Trial several cases a year
  • Strategize and work with staff to maximize litigation case outcomes
  • Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems and portals
  • Superior research skills, including the use of online services and databases
  • Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, demands, depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial dockets
  • Project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Work closely with management to establish training paths for staff and build an outstanding litigation team
