NY Attorney Litigation Defense

Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid options available)

Duration: ~1 month (may extend)

Experience: 1-2 years

Looking for: attorney admitted to the New York Bar (required) with litigation experience - motions, discovery, and case management. Med-mal and personal injury experience a plus but not required.

What you'll do:

• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
• Review case files and medical records
• Assist with case strategy and trial prep
• Manage deadlines and procedural requirements
