We are seeking a reliable, detail -oriented Clerk / Office Assistant<\/b> to support our in -office legal team and ensure smooth day -to -day operations. This entry -level position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands -on experience in an office environment, particularly in the legal or administrative fields. You’ll be a valued member of our team, helping manage administrative tasks and contributing to a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Mail Handling & Document Management<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail and FedEx deliveries
      <\/li>
    • Scan, save, and properly file digital and physical documents using Datto and Clio
      <\/li>
    • Create, print, and prepare FedEx labels and envelopes for outgoing packages
      <\/li>
    • File physical documents and create new files as needed
      <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Client Hospitality & Office Support<\/b>
      <\/div>
      • Greet and seat clients in a professional and welcoming manner
        <\/li>
      • Prepare and serve refreshments, including coffee and water
        <\/li>
      • Print documents and assist with general clerical needs for attorneys and paralegals
        <\/li>
      • Respond to in -office support requests promptly and professionally
        <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Specialized Administrative Tasks<\/b>
        <\/div>
        • Process and mail invoices from Trausch Insurance Agency, including drafting and mailing correspondence and bond documents
          <\/li>
        • Initiate search requests using Trustate software
          <\/li>
        • Mail legal and administrative documents upon request
          <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

          Qualifications:<\/b>
          <\/h3>
          • Proficiency with word processing tools (e.g., Microsoft Word)
            <\/li>
          • Comfortable with scanning, saving, and navigating digital filing systems
            <\/li>
          • Technologically savvy and willing to learn new platforms (e.g., Clio, Datto)
            <\/li>
          • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
            <\/li>
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
            <\/li>
          • A positive, helpful attitude and eagerness to support a collaborative work environment
            <\/li>
          • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
            <\/li><\/ul>

            • Notary Public certification is a plus
