This is a hybrid role located in our Bohemia, NY office (in office 1-2 days a week)
What you will accomplish together with us:
- Support the team in dealing with legal matters from various areas of commercial law, civil law, and compliance
- You actively manage our contract database
- You will be actively involved in the drafting and review of contracts
- You will be responsible for the preparation of internal notes, expert opinions, and decision templates
- You will participate in internal and external meetings in this area

- Currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences
- Ability to understand complex economic and legal contexts
- Ability to grasp and present facts clearly and precisely.
- Good communication skills and an independent way of working

Compensation for this position will be a base salary of $18.00/hour.
