Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic record.
About the position:
As a Legal Trainee, you will be an integral part of our dynamic legal department, working closely with cross-functional teams across the business. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a global technology organization focused on network infrastructure solutions.
You will assist with a variety of legal matters related to contracts, supply chain, manufacturing, compliance, and regulatory support while developing practical experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries and insights to support business and legal decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to help identify and address legal risks.
- Support legal matters related to contracts, data privacy, intellectual property, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and assist with due diligence, contract negotiations, and other legal operations activities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a JD or equivalent law degree with a strong academic record.
- Strong written, verbal, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
It would be nice if you also have:
- Previous internship, research, or coursework related to corporate, commercial, technology, privacy, or intellectual property law.
- Interest in working within a global corporate environment.
- Familiarity with contract review or legal operations processes is a plus.had
