Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule Available
Compensation: $310,000 - $420,000 (Based on Experience) About the Opportunity HireNow Staffing is working on behalf of a nationally recognized law firm to identify a skilled Regulatory Litigation Associate with deep industry experience in the food, beverage, and consumer goods sectors. This is a high-impact role for a mid- to senior-level attorney who understands the nuanced intersection of litigation, compliance, and FDA regulatory enforcement. You'll support a growing, cross-functional legal team focused on helping major brands and manufacturers navigate the complex legal landscape surrounding product safety, labeling, advertising, and regulatory risk. - Advising clients on FDA regulatory frameworks, including issues related to food, beverage, supplements, and cosmetics
- Supporting litigation and enforcement response involving the FTC, FDA, USDA, and other federal/state regulatory agencies
- Assisting with risk mitigation strategies, product labeling assessments, and recall responses
- Collaborating with litigation, compliance, and policy teams to deliver integrated legal guidance
- Representing clients in administrative proceedings and civil litigation tied to regulatory challenges
- Counseling clients on emerging issues such as ESG claims, PFAS, supply chain transparency, and health-related marketing
- Experience Level: 4 to 7 years of practice focused on FDA regulatory litigation, compliance, or enforcement
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and related federal regulations
- Prior work with consumer brands or manufacturers in regulated industries
- Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Known for your responsiveness, attention to detail, and client-service mindset
- Team-oriented but confident operating independently
- JD from an accredited law school with strong academic performance
- Must be admitted and in good standing with the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in
