Job Description
What you will be doing: Work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. Engage in all aspects of patent litigation including pleadings, written discovery, brief writing, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances. Experience you will need: 6-7 years of patent litigation experience. Excellent academic credentials. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Must be admitted in New York.
