This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition while coordinating activities across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close partnership with Legal, IT, Finance, and other business stakeholders to ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end migration of the Legal Department's billing platform from CounselLink to Brightflag.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors.
Partner closely with IT teams to understand system integrations, dependencies, and technical requirements.
Support and oversee interactions between Brightflag and existing enterprise systems, including SAP.
Track project deliverables and ensure milestones are completed accurately and on schedule.
Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and barriers to success.
Provide regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage multiple deadline-driven workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure all project documentation, testing activities, and implementation plans are completed in accordance with project requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated success managing system implementations, migrations, or technology-related projects.
Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with enterprise systems and technology teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, timely results.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with legal operations, legal billing, or e-billing platforms.
Familiarity with CounselLink and/or Brightflag.
Understanding of SAP and system integration processes.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training.
Work Location
This position is based at Harley-Davidson's Juneau Campus. Flexible remote work arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates; however, the ability to attend occasional on-site meetings and project-related activities is required.
What You'll Bring
A proactive, results-oriented approach to project execution.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
A commitment to accuracy, accountability, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading complex, business-critical initiatives from planning through successful implementation.
