Commercial Litigation Associate

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience for our Uniondale office.   Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies. Participate in court appearances, hearings, and negotiations. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy.   Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must have an active NY state bar license. Minimum of year of litigation experience in the commercial law (contract disputes, partnership disputes, bankruptcy litigation, class actions, securities litigation, consumer protection) practice group while in NY.   Preferred: Prior employment at a premier law firm. Successful completion of a Federal Clerkship. Involvement in Legal Law Journal/Periodical while in Law School. Exceptional academic record. Excellent writing skills, as demonstrated by a writing sample. Proficiency in end-to-end case management, showing a comprehensive understanding of the legal process.   Compensation: Annualized salary range: $120,000 - $155,000 Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law   Congenial, fast-paced environment, competitive salary and benefits.   Hybrid Hours - Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely.    Rivkin Radler LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
