Paralegal

A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Investment Management Paralegal to support its legal team across fund, trading, and corporate matters. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex investment structures and close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the firm.

 

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree and strong academic background required (GPA 3.5+ required, GPA 3.8+ highly preferred)
• Paralegal experience at a top corporate law firm and/or investment manager, private equity, or hedge fund
• Familiarity with fund structures and investment management terms preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems required
• Litigation experience is not preferred.

 

The Opportunity

• Partner with attorneys on fund, trading, and corporate legal matters
• Form legal entities and maintain organizational documentation
  
• Review investor materials, RFPs, and due diligence questionnaires
• Coordinate regulatory filings, marketing registrations, and internal projects
• Support board meetings, including preparation of materials and resolutions
• Manage investor side letters and related compliance tracking
• Coordinate diligence and compliance requests (e.g., AML/KYC)
• Review confidentiality agreements and assist with ad hoc legal documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers across ongoing matters
