Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Route calls and messages to the correct attorney and staff across departments
• Provide general admin support including data entry, document handling, and file organization
• Defuse difficult situations as necessary via phone
• Taking and passing on messages as needed using Microsoft Outlook

Skills & Requirements:

• Punctual and reliable with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft word and Outlook.
• 1-2 years’ experience handling high volume calls.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a requirement.
