Bilingual Immigration Paralegal (Spanish Required)
Location: Financial District, NYC (On-Site, Full-Time)
Compensation: $55K–$70K base + paid overtime, health benefits, and 401(k) match
Reports to: Senior Immigration Attorney
Type: Full-time | Legal Support | Client-Facing Role

About the Opportunity
Join a highly regarded immigration boutique law firm known for excellence in both business and family-based immigration matters. Based in NYC’s Financial District, this on-site role offers hands-on experience with a team that prioritizes high-quality legal work and personalized client service.

You’ll support experienced attorneys on a range of case types—from H-1B and L-1 visas to green cards and naturalization—while interacting directly with Spanish-speaking clients and helping them navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law.

What You’ll Do
Case Preparation & Filing

  • Draft and file immigration petitions and applications including H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-130, AOS, and N-400

  • Prepare supporting letters, forms, and documentation packets

  • Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and DOL audits under attorney supervision

Client Communication & Support

  • Meet directly with Spanish-speaking clients to gather documents and case information

  • Maintain case progress and manage key deadlines in INSZoom

  • Track billable time and maintain detailed case reporting

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Full professional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)

  • 2+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)

  • Strong writing, organization, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced legal setting
