Work Schedule:
- 9:00 to 5:00/40-hour work week
Description:
- This project consists of scanning documents into Efiles, packing and cataloging files in boxes to be shipped office site.
- Computer skills need and the ability move around in a file room a lot of standing and moving around
- This project consist of attention to details, physically going to files, sorting files into categories by looking up data in Excel Spreadsheets (sort, find etc.) to determine what category each file falls into, scanning documents into Efiles if needed, packing and cataloging files in boxes to be retained if necessary.
- Computer skills would be Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Teams Meetings/Chat features needed, and the ability move around in a file room a lot of standing, moving/sorting files.
- Be able to work collectively with others but also independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, significant administrative experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and data entry processes.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing, moving, and repetitive tasks in a confined space.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proven reliability and accountability in a work environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively onsite with the project manager and full-time staff.
