Job Description:

Epiq is currently seeking an Operations Manager to bring new initiatives and efficient operations to our Global Resource Centers, located across the US. This particular individual will be 100% resident on-site in our Phoenix GRC and oversee all operations and be an integral part of Epiq's growth and the transformation of our clients' support service operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end to end billing process for several large legal clients.
  • Oversee teams of Billing Specialists in their day-to-day operations.
  • Handle calls to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with client accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Assist with accounts payable and other accounting functions as needed.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all billing activities.
  • Conduct regular audits of accounts receivable to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Run monthly reports and review metrics for all billing teams.

Requirements

  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate sales and 24/7 operational needs.
  • Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • 4-5 years of billing experience, law firm industry required.
  • Aderant software is a huge plus
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

The Compensation range for this role is 79,172 to 103,456 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
