Job Description

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a legal secretary in our Charleston, South Carolina office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures and all local rules. Experience filing/serving out of State and in the Court of Appeals is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to provide administrative support to the attorneys and paralegals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on scheduling, calendaring, and billing.
  • Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal courts, case management, docketing, exhibit preparation, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous Compu law experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
