
MDK, an innovative law firm, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who excels in sourcing top talent, building strong pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to understand workforce planning goals. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job postings, resume review, interviews, offer and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across platforms including job boards, social media, networking events, and university outreach to attract top-tier talent and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Leverage data and hiring metrics to continuously improve recruitment outcomes, provide insights to leadership, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Champion our employer brand through participation in job fairs and community events, while supporting new hire onboarding and HR initiatives that promote MDK’s values and culture.
Requirements:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced recruitment professional who brings both strategic thinking and strong execution. The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently represent the company.
- Proven ability to build relationships and establish rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders quickly.
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting across multiple jurisdictions.
- SHRM-CP certification is strongly preferred.
