
You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. You will do this by advising product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including on subscriptions, grocery catalog tools, in-app promotions, pricing mechanics, and shopper-facing features as well as partnering with marketing and growth teams to ensure campaigns, claims, and promotions are legally sound.
You like systems and order. You will use this skill by updating contract playbooks, policy development, and scalable legal processes to support rapid business growth. You will also track evolving U.S. legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., consumer protection, privacy, advertising, AI) and apply them to product and operational design.
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
3+ years of relevant legal experience (law firm or in-house), with exposure to product, commercial, and/or marketing legal issues.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in retail, delivery, or technology companies.
Familiarity with advertising law, consumer protection, and e-commerce compliance.
Knowledge of contract lifecycle management or legal automation tools.
