We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Litigation Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an onsite position where you will play an integral role in supporting our attorneys and legal teams through all phases of litigation, arbitration, and trial, with a special emphasis on trial and hearing support, multimedia presentations, and the use of emerging technologies, including AI.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Trial & Hearing Support
-
Provide comprehensive support for trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, both onsite and in hybrid/remote settings.

Operate trial presentation tools (e.g., TrialDirector) to present exhibits, video clips, and demonstratives in real-time.

Coordinate courtroom logistics and war room setups, ensuring seamless operation of all technical components.
2. Multimedia & Presentation Development

Work closely with attorneys to design and develop persuasive visual aids, timelines, charts, and presentations that align with courtroom strategy.

Edit and produce high-quality video content, including deposition clips and demonstrative evidence.

Utilize tools such as PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance legal storytelling and evidence presentation.
3. Audio-Visual (AV) Setup & Support

Set up and operate AV systems for courtrooms, conference rooms, and virtual environments, including microphones, projectors, monitors, and recording equipment.

Provide live technical support during proceedings to ensure smooth operation of audio, video, and presentation systems.

Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software used in litigation settings.
4. Technology & AI Integration

Explore and implement emerging legal technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in case support.

Utilize AI tools for tasks such as transcript analysis, document summarization, keyword tagging, and voice-to-text conversion.

Train legal staff on new technologies and best practices to optimize litigation workflows.
5. Case & Exhibit Management

Organize and maintain digital case files, exhibits, and demonstrative evidence for trial use.

Prepare materials for witness preparation, hearings, and depositions, including video clips, annotated documents, and digital binders.

Assist with version control and tracking of key case documents and media assets.
6. Collaboration & Communication

Act as the bridge between legal teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of technical aspects for cases.

Attend team strategy sessions to provide input on technological capabilities and support planning.

Communicate clearly and proactively to anticipate and resolve technical or logistical issues before they impact proceedings.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong experience with trial presentation software and AV systems.

Proficiency in video editing tools.

Familiarity with AI-based tools and a willingness to explore and implement new technologies.

Law firm experience preferred.

Related education, experience, or certifications in legal support, technology, or audiovisual systems are a plus.

Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under courtroom pressure.
