Job Description

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC (RAS) is a nationally recognized, multi-state creditor’s rights law firm headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. With a strong presence across the country, RAS represents some of the largest mortgage lenders, servicers, and financial institutions in legal matters related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation. We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our bankruptcy practice. The role involves high-volume legal representation of mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy-related matters. The successful candidate will thrive in a deadline-driven environment and work closely with experienced legal teams to deliver best-in-class service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Represent creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings

Manage a high-volume caseload independently

Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence

Attend hearings (virtually or in person) and communicate with courts as needed

Maintain effective and timely communication with clients and team members

Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal support staff, and other attorneys


Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

License to practice law in Ohio required, additional Kentucky license preferred 

Excellent organizational, communication, and legal writing skills

Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced legal environment

Previous bankruptcy or foreclosure experience a plus, but not required
