Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Support Staff - Proposed Intermediate Diversion Court

LOCATION:               211 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

STATUS:                   Full-Time

CLOSING:                 Open Until Filled/ Specific $ 49,000 annually

BENEFITS:   Full State of Oklahoma benefits, including generous monthly allowance for health coverage, paid sick and vacation leave earned monthly.  Paid holidays.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This newly proposed position will support the expansion of the CO-OP program through the launch of the proposed Intermediate Diversion Court, which will serve higher-need individuals not currently eligible for other diversion programs.  Unlike the original CO-OP model, this docket retains criminal charges pending, successful program completions.  The complexity and scale of this proposed docket require dedicated administrative and legal support. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:   

  • Review screening for proposed Intermediate Diversion Court participants, including coordination with legal and clinical stakeholders.

  • Manage a growing caseload of legally complex and clinically high-risk individuals.

  • Propare court filings, track compliance data, and support a rigorous review process for participants under retained criminal charges.

  • Coordinate scheduling and documentation across legal, mental health, and court systems.

  • Maintain comprehensive data tracking systems and assist in compiling information for grant compliance and reporting.

  • Work closely with the Project
    Director to establish and document procedures for the proposed docket and ensure fidelity in the program model.

  • Pendant diversion court matters such as speaking with victims, information requests from law enforcement, further investigation on statistics.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Employment: 1 year job experience (preferred)

  • High School Diploma

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

Job candidates must have maturity and excellent people skills, should be detail oriented, and enjoy working on a team and understand team dynamics.

Data input numbers and names.

Attendance and reliability are of the utmost importance.
