General Liability Attorney

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of general liability experience for our Uniondale or Albany office.   Requirements: Demonstrate an ability to analyze issues, communicate regularly with claims professionals, document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently Experience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice Trial experience a plus   Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment   Hybrid HoursMinimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotelyCongenial, fast-paced environment. We offer competitive salary and benefits. EOE The annualized salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
