Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Systems Administrator to join our team. This role requires a technical expert who thrives in customer-facing environments and can build trust and credibility with both internal stakeholders and end users. You’ll play a critical role in managing and supporting IT infrastructure while ensuring seamless daily operations for our team.
The ideal candidate brings not only technical depth but also a polished, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a Helpdesk or Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Manage vLAN configurations and routing protocols
- Support Cisco-based Networking, Firewall, and Voice systems
- Configure and troubleshoot Meraki networking and wireless infrastructure
- Administer Office365, Exchange, and Azure environments
- Provide technical support in-person and remotely to internal users
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by offering timely and reliable IT support
- Deliver solutions with a customer-first mindset, ensuring a high-quality end-user experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business continuity and IT initiatives
What You Bring
- Experience working on a Helpdesk or with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or internal IT support team
- Microsoft 365 and Exchange management experience or certification
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD) and InTune experience or certification
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and/or RMM tools
- Strong knowledge of networking tools and protocols, including VLAN, DHCP, NAT, VPN, and wireless standards
- Understanding of both Windows and Mac desktop operating systems
- Comfortable working with Microsoft 365, Office365, and related collaboration platforms
- Professional presence, dependable communication skills, and the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in legal tech environments (e.g., iManage, NetDocs, Prolaw, Litera, billing or dictation software)
- Familiarity with security tools and standards (MFA, endpoint protection, DNS filtering, encrypted email, etc.)
- Microsoft, CompTIA, or other IT certifications (MCP, ITIL, etc.)
- Prior experience managing or supporting IT systems in a regulated industry (HIPAA, ISO, etc.)

Work Environment
- This is an HYBRID role and will require more than 1 day a week onsite in Manhattan NYC.
- Regular interaction with employees, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Occasional travel between regional offices may be requested.
