
Litigation Associate Attorney (Junior to MidLevel)

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing e-discovery, and participating in court proceedings. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. Judicial clerkship or prior court experience is a plus, but not required.
Our litigation practice serves a diverse range of clients, including businesses and individuals, in federal and state courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a boutique firm environment that values mentorship, collegiality, and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ litigation experience
- Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Licensed to practice law in Oregon (required); Washington admission is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The compensation depends on qualifications and experience. This position is full-time and hybrid, eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 10 paid holidays each year and an employee assistance program. Attorneys generally take approximately three weeks of vacation from work each year, and it may vary depending on the needs of the clients and the firm. Monthly parking is provided.
