Trusts and Estates Attorney - Private Client and Tax Division
Our client’s international wealth planning group advises high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on complex tax and succession planning. The role focuses on crafting fiduciary structures, trust and estate solutions, and addressing global wealth planning needs, including pre-immigration and expatriation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting complex trusts, wills, and sophisticated wealth-planning strategies.
- Advising on U.S. income, estate, and gift tax rules for domestic and international clients.
- Addressing tax implications for cross-border trusts and assets.
- Engaging in business development activities, such as writing, networking, and attending industry events.
Qualifications:
- J.D. with strong academic credentials; LL.M. preferred.
- At least 2 years of trust and estates experience.
- Admitted to the New York Bar.
- Expertise in domestic and international wealth planning.
Location:
New York
Compensation:
$180,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience.
