
Check and respond to the owner's emails on a daily basis. Maintain the owner's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Act as the liaison between the owner and clients, referral partners, and other stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings. Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and other office duties. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in the legal industry is a plus. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
