Job Description

Trueline's client, an insurance defense firm with offices throughout Florida, is seeking an experienced Construction Defect Attorney to join its team remotely.


What You'll Do as the Construction Defect Attorney:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy

• Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision

• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations, effectively representing clients

• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress

• Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies

• Work independently, prioritizing and anticipating work needs

• Handle occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines


You'll Succeed as the Construction Defect Attorney if you Have:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation

• Good standing with the Florida Bar

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Willingness and ability to bill hours

• Self-motivation and capability to manage your own caseload

• Excellent customer service skills
