Employment Litigation & Counseling Attorney / Associate

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Employment Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse employer client base while handling a mix of litigation and day-to-day counseling matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing employers in federal and state employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant matters.

• Providing proactive advice and counseling on hiring, discipline, termination, accommodations, wage and hour compliance, and general employee-relations issues.

• Drafting and updating employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.

• Assisting clients with trainings, investigations, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of employment law experience, including both litigation and counseling.

• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively with a team.

• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
