Content Manager - Law Firm & Legal AI Venture

About the Role
We're not looking for someone who's just good at content.
We’re looking for a killer content operator — someone who lives for creating high-converting, attention-grabbing content that drives real results. You’ll be the engine behind our video, podcast, SEO, and social media — not just publishing for the sake of it, but to win the clients and cases we actually want.
You’ll also support a sister company in the legal AI space that helps law firms nationwide dominate their niche through better tech, systems, and storytelling.

What You'll Own

• Strategic Content Development: You’ll be laser-focused on producing content that attracts the case types we target (Trucking, Premises, Catastrophic Injury, etc.).
• Video + Social Media: Film and edit high-quality short- and long-form content. Post it. Track it. Improve it. Repeat.
• Podcast Production: Oversee our legal podcast from guest booking to publishing — and making it discoverable.
• Social Media Mastery: We’re not here to just post. You should know how to win attention and convert it into action — and clients.
• SEO = Search Everywhere Optimization: We want someone who understands content should rank on Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reels — and in people’s minds.
• Events & Brand Moments: Capture and turn law firm events, community impact, and behind-the-scenes moments into shareable assets.
• Performance-Driven: You don’t wait for a creative brief. You check what’s working, pitch your own ideas, and run hard after what converts.

Who We're Looking For

• Aggressive, high-output, and results-obsessed.

• Has a portfolio that proves they can produce great content — not just make it pretty, but make it work.
• Obsessed with social and media trends — from TikTok to YouTube Shorts to long-form written SEO.
• Writes with clarity, power, and brand alignment.
• Can work fast, pivot often, and knows how to win in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Has worked in law, SaaS, tech, or agency — or is just a natural content killer.
