The Part Time Education Support Coordinator will provide administrative support for Fund education and training programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides logistical support for services performed by the Member Support Representatives and Member Support Center management, including product training classes, in-office support, and virtual support.
- Monitors communication channels and provides information to Fund Members and staff related to educational offerings and documentation. Answers questions and elevates inquiries, as appropriate.
- Provides support in the creation, implementation, and maintenance schedule for product training offerings.
- Coordinates product training related pages of The Fund’s website to ensure consistency and accuracy of information and act as point of contact to post new and updated versions of information.
- Reports attendance counts, training activity, and survey data to management and maintains information in report logs for future use.
- Prepares check requests, expense reports and department invoices and forwards for processing when requested.
- Serves as backup for Communication Attendant function.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
Experience:
- Requires one year administrative support experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented - Planning and organization skills
- Problem solving
- Windows and Microsoft Office including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet design and maintenance, navigating in databases, and creating presentations.
- Knowledge of the title insurance and information industry is preferred
Travel: Occasional in-state travel may be required.
