Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Legal Operations Analyst to support operational excellence within our Legal team. In this role, you’ll help streamline processes, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and support the implementation and adoption of legal technologies. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IT, and other business units to ensure smooth execution of legal workflows and initiatives. This is a key supporting role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—ideal for someone who thrives on structure, process, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the coordination of legal projects, including legal technology implementations, compliance initiatives, and process updates
  • Help maintain project timelines, schedules, and documentation—tracking dependencies and risks to ensure smooth execution
  • Collaborate with legal team members to review workflows and identify areas for improvement and greater efficiency
  • Support tracking and reporting of key legal operations metrics and performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in the evaluation, rollout, and maintenance of legal tech tools (e.g., eBilling, matter management).  Help build and maintain process documentation and contribute to an internal knowledge base for legal operations
  • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional partners (Legal, Finance, IT, HR) to support shared goals
  • Support change management efforts and promote adoption of new tools and processes across the legal function
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing ideas to streamline operations and scale repeatable processes
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4–6 years of experience in legal operations, project coordination, or a related operational role (in-house legal department or law firm experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with legal technologies and platforms (e.g., CLM tools, eBilling, matter management systems)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Experience with project coordination or legal operations methodologies; project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or legal ops training (e.g., CLOC) is a plus
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative when appropriate and follow through on deliverables
