Virginia barred attorney

Regional law firm looking for a Virginia barred attorney. We are located in Rockville, MD and specialize in retail collections and commercial litigation. The position may be hybrid depending on candidate's location. Current Virginia bar membership required.

The position requires the handling and management of litigation cases, including discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination and court appearances. Experience with and familiarity with debt collection litigation a bonus. Excellent opportunity to join an expanding law firm with over 100 employees across four offices.

Younger attorneys have the opportunity to shadow and receive litigation training from more senior litigation practitioners, as well as, receive courtroom experience.

Salary depends on experience. Position offers health insurance, paid time off and a retirement plan with firm match.
