Stein Sperling is seeking a full-time experienced legal assistant to assist our busy corporate/business practice. Our legal assistants provide day-to-day administrative support for multiple attorneys, which may include proofing, editing, and formatting documents; scanning and copying; maintaining both electronic and hard copy files; independently performing conflict check searches on potential clients; drafting engagement letters and cover letters for routine correspondence; mailing packages with strict notice requirements; maintaining attorneys’ calendars; answering phones; and interacting with clients as the first point of contact.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of experience as a legal assistant in a law firm
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with independent judgment skills
