
At LYNX Legal Services, a subsidiary of U.S. Legal Support, the Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day tracking and management of the procedural workflow for legal document service. This position requires strong data entry and legal research skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and contractors. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will help manage new service orders, provide case updates, and maintain workflow accuracy to ensure the efficient execution of legal services.
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with case updates, follow-ups, and status confirmations
- Conduct legal research as required
- Interact with clients to confirm service instructions and updates
- Communicate with contractors to assign and track service jobs
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain compliance with internal procedures
- Help maintain an organized workflow to meet tight deadlines
- Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM (Typing test required)
- Strong spelling and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
