Associate Attorney – Healthcare Practice Group sought by Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP for a position based in Walnut Creek, CA. Must have a J.D. degree in Law and 12 months experience as Associate Attorney. Duties include: Manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end including motion practice and discovery. Communicate with clients and provide timely reporting. Research, review and identify legal issues via the internet or other electronic resources.
