Job Description
As a member of Apple’s IP Law, Licensing & Litigation team, you will be directly engaged in formulating and driving strategy as well as providing counsel to internal clients at the interface of IP and competition law. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment, and a results-oriented approach. You will operate as part of a supportive team focused on cross-functional collaboration within Apple to preserve Apple’s differentiation, align advocacy, and advise on IP matters involving competition considerations.
- 8+ years’ experience (at a major law firm and/or in-house) in IP litigation, including experience on standard essential patent litigation matters
- Experience (at a major law firm and/or in-house) in competition litigation or regulatory matters
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative team player with a client-focused approach.
