Paralegal - Contract Management

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and assist in the review, and negotiation of supplier/customer agreements and related legal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws.

· Coordinate responses to requests for proposals, bids and tenders and assist in developing standard operating procedures for government contracting.

· Close collaboration with in-house legal counsel and relevant stakeholders.

· Support the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.

· Maintain contract database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and accessible.

· Coordinate with subject matter experts (including IP, finance, regulatory, and IT) on contract matters.

· Verify contracts are signed and maintained in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· 2+ years of experience in contract administration or as a paralegal with a strong focus on contract review and management.

· Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.

· Experience with government contracting is strongly preferred.

· Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
