Job Title: Trusts & Estates Attorney
Location: Dublin or Lancaster, Ohio – In-person role

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years’ estate planning experience.
• Demonstrated experience with drafting estate plans preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client-service skills.
• Familiarity with WealthDocs and ElderCounsel is a plus—or willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Has a background in sales or comfort securing client payments during meetings.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a professional demeanor with tact and empathy.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, mentor team members, and uphold accountability.
