Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in antitrust law, specifically in merger-related investigations and litigation, with demonstrated expertise in analyzing and preparing HSR filings. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support antitrust merger investigations and related litigation
  • Prepare and analyze Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings and related documentation
  • Advise clients on regulatory risks and compliance strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across practice areas and jurisdictions
  • Contribute to thought leadership and client development initiatives
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Currently employed at a BIGLAW Am Law 100–200 firm
  • Strong academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex regulatory matters
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • No security clearance required
  • Visa sponsorship not available
