Overview
As an Associate Attorney on Lowe Law Group's Case Management team, you'll own your own caseload from the first phone call to final resolution — not hand cases off, not share credit, but build real negotiation muscle – working on 80–100 at a time. We are a firm that measures success the way you do — by outcomes, not hours logged. This is a role for an attorney who wants more responsibility faster than a traditional firm would give them, and who's ready to be judged on results.
What you will do
- Actively work a caseload of 80-100 personal injury claims from start to finish averaging 7-9 resolutions per month.
- Develop legal strategies and oversee the implementation of effective tactics to maximize case value.
- Provide excellent client service through regular communication that manages expectations, resolves concerns, and ensures an understanding of the case process.
- Perform aggressive and informed negotiations with the aim of increasing case values.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing the practice of law.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, and documentation in accordance with firm policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
What we are looking for
- 2-5 years experience as a personal injury attorney cases.
- Driven work ethic, unwilling to settle for mediocrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school, .
- Demonstrated ability to independently resolve a high-volume caseload against clear monthly negotiation and resolution targets.
- Demonstrated grit and metric accountability, consistent with Lowe Law Group's core values, managing a demanding caseload without sacrificing case quality or client care.
Preferred Experience

Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or Iowa — or able to obtain licensure via Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) score transfer within a reasonable timeframe.
