A nationally renowned Am Law 50 firm is seeking a talented IP Litigation Associate to join its dynamic technology-focused litigation group. This is an incredible chance to litigate some of the most cutting-edge IP disputes in the country—from brand protection battles to high-stakes trade secret cases—within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

🧠 What You’ll Work On:

• High-impact IP litigation matters involving trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and false advertising

• Collaborate on litigation strategy and advise clients navigating legal risks in tech innovation

• Manage discovery, craft winning legal arguments, and work directly with clients across industries

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and partners across multiple offices

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of IP litigation experience (trademark, copyright, trade secrets, false advertising)

• Proven ability to handle complex litigation and enforcement matters

• Experience developing legal strategy, managing discovery, and conducting legal research

• Strong writing chops and interpersonal savvy

• Licensed in the jurisdiction where you'd be based

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
