Paralegal

Hemb Law Group in Clovis, CA is looking for one paralegal to join our team. We are located on 420 Bullard Ave Ste 105. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to attorney in all phases of family law cases.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain client files and documents in a paperless office environment.
• Utilize document management software to manage digital documents and files.
• Prepare exhibits and other trial-related materials.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis to attorneys.
• Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation.
• Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification (Required)
