Job Title: CLM Business Analyst with Legal & HSE experience

Job Description:

Business Analyst profile with below responsibilities Someone who knows legal and compliance knowledge and worked on tools like CERTA or AgiLoft for CLM will be an addon

Key Responsibilities

Gather document and manage business requirements user stories process maps BRDs SOPs and other project documentation

Coordinate daytoday activities across business stakeholders IT teams vendors and project teams

Maintain action logs RAID trackers decision logs and project status reporting

Support governance and compliance activities including tracking PIA PDT CPSS SSR EA security and auditrelated deliverables

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing UAT test planning issue tracking and business readiness activities

Facilitate stakeholder meetings requirements workshops and followup actions to ensure work progresses as planned

Provide analysis documentation and recommendations to support decisionmaking by the Service Owner

Prepare executiveready status updates meeting materials and project reporting

Improve execution discipline documentation quality and operational visibility across the HSE Legal portfolio

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
