Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Georgia Probate and Family Law Paralegal.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 6 -10+ hours per week.
<\/div>

Paralegal Requirements:
<\/div>

<\/div>

- Manage/support a caseload of probate and family law matters as assigned
<\/div>

- Drafting pleadings/petitions
<\/div>

- Manage deadlines
<\/div>

- Communicate with clients
<\/div>

- Collaborate with legal team to ensure case efficiency
<\/div>

- Self -starter and able to work independently
<\/div>

<\/div>

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
<\/div>
