What You’ll Do

  • Manage a variety of cases across our core practice areas
  • Draft pleadings, conduct research, and represent clients in hearings and mediations
  • Work directly with clients and maintain clear, compassionate communication
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and support firm growth


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice in Florida and in good standing
  • 1–5 years of experience in family law, estate planning, or elder law preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Passionate about client service and eager to grow professionally
  • Comfortable using MS Office 365, Clio, WealthCounsel, and related systems

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $60,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonuses
