What You’ll Do
- Manage a variety of cases across our core practice areas
- Draft pleadings, conduct research, and represent clients in hearings and mediations
- Work directly with clients and maintain clear, compassionate communication
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and support firm growth
Requirements
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in Florida and in good standing
- 1–5 years of experience in family law, estate planning, or elder law preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Passionate about client service and eager to grow professionally
- Comfortable using MS Office 365, Clio, WealthCounsel, and related systems
Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $60,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based bonuses
