Job Responsibilities
- Review, edit, and assist business in negotiating design service agreements for healthcare, higher education, civic, corporate interiors, science and technology, and corporate commercial projects across the US and Canada
- Counsel studio leadership and project managers on managing risk
- Assist with drafting/editing firm contract templates
- Create risk management resources and training
- Assist with finalization of sub-consultant agreement
Qualifications
- J.D. with admission to at least one bar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction litigation or in-house
- Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred
- Familiarity with contract negotiation in professional services and understanding of risk management principles in design and construction.
- Basic office skills and business acumen

Salary Range Information
