The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a respected, multi-office law firm seeking a Billing Manager to lead their billing operations team. This person will oversee all aspects of the firm’s billing function—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong collaboration between the billing department, leadership, and client-facing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and refine billing workflows to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and compliance with client guidelines.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

• Collaborate with finance and operations leadership to align billing procedures with firm-wide initiatives.

• Serve as a trusted resource to internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and consistency in billing practices.

• Foster a positive, respectful team culture rooted in accountability, communication, and professional growth.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience managing billing in a law firm or professional services environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively interact with professionals at all levels.

• Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word, and billing systems.
